01 Yurt
The "Sea Sprite"
Our " Sea Sprite" Yurt features a queen-sized bed and is attached to the "Selkie" Yurt by a common deck. It is a modern, unique, island-style yurt. For curiosity's sake, a sea sprite is a supernatural legendary living entity.
02 Yurt
The "Dragonfly"
Our "Dragonfly" Yurt has a queen bed. It was recently refreshed with new canvas walls and roof covers; all wooden poles and latticework was refurbished by hand, and the floor freshly painted. This is a traditional yurt created by Little Foot Yurts, a small family-based Nova Scotian business.

03 Yurt
The "Selkie"
Our "Selkie" Yurt has a queen bed and 2 single beds. It can sleep up to 4 people. It is a modern, unique, island-style yurt. Selkies are mythological creatures that can shape-shift between seal and human forms by removing or putting on their seal skin. They feature prominently in the oral traditions and mythology of various cultures, especially those of Celtic and Norse origin.
04 Yurt
The "Aurora"
Our "Aurora" Yurt is our largest, with six single beds. Little Foot's handmade wood and canvas yurts create a unique ambiance. It was recently refreshed with new canvas walls and roof covers; all wooden poles and latticework have been refurbished by hand, and the floor freshly painted. The yurt's crown boasts a large, clear window to the starry sky above. An "Aurora" refers to a natural light display in the Earth's sky.
