Cancellation & Booking

Our policy is 50% downpayment to hold your dates & full payment 21 days prior to your stay.

Due to our very short season and isolated nature our cancellation policy is as follows:

We must be notified at least 21 days in advance of your expected arrival for us to make a return.

There will be a holdback for processing fees (bank/credit card fees we pay) & re-booking (for us to fill the spots).

Your refund amount depends on how efficiently we can fill the spots.
