Cancellation & Booking

Our policy is 50% downpayment to hold your dates & full payment by May 1, 2024. Reservations  taken after May 1, 2024 must be paid in full at the time of booking. Due to our very short season and isolated nature our cancellation policy is as follows: We must be notified more than 21 days in advance of your expected arrival for us to make a return. There will be a small holdback for processing fees (bank/credit card fees we pay) & re-booking (for us to fill the spots). Your refund amount depends on how efficiently we can fill the spots.
